8.0The World Economic Council enlists the help of Hemlock Soames—actually Boris Badenov in disguise. This clever ruse allows Boris to continue his scheme involving counterfeit box tops. As Rocky and Bullwinkle work to uncover the hidden stash, Boris Badenov locks our heroes in the clock tower.
